Constantine -whom I personally know-, the director of the ‘Frozen Ambrosia’ film, is a passionate young Greek-American winter sports lover, who has made his lifes scope to promote Greece as a winter sports tourist destination apart from the obvious summer one..
Frozen Ambrosia was his first documentary, and several more have followed since.. At the very interesting -and lenghty- video below he explains the details about the trip of him and his team to Athos back on 2017..
