On Europeana I found this complete book by X. Marcin Czerminski T. J. called Na górze Athos wśród mniszej republiki (The monastic republic of Mount Athos) in Polish. Here are some interesting photographs:
This is again a photo of the guestroom for important pilgrims in Pantaleimonos monastery. It was destroyed in 1968 by fire. This is the oldest image I came across. Here a collection of images of the same room.
An unknown Russian kellion. The cell of St. Nicholas Burazeri (Bourazeri) on the road from Stavronikita to Karyes. Thanks to Γιάννης .
The grave of Athanasios in the katholicon of Lavra.
The Morfonou bridge is part of the old, now destroyed, monopati from Iviron to Lavra. The bridge is still there.
The chapel of the Metamorphosis on the top of Mount Athos.
The map.
Here the complete book with more photographs. Especially for our Polish readers.
