Four pilgrims at the top in 2008. It is a special moment at sunset because you see the pyramid shaped shadow of the mountain in the sea. These men probably choose to stay overnight on the summit and get in their sleepingbags because they won’t get back on time. Monasteries close the gate at sunset. Another possibility is that they descended to Panagia at 1500 meters and stay the night there.
