This website of the Athos Center/Pilgrims Bureau in Thessaloniki is renewed and it celebrates the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Center’s founding.

In 2010 they are planning a few photography exhibits, and one of them is: “Mount Athos travels to the world of the Internet through the lens of Bloggers”, from the 26th of June till September 17th 2010.
We were honoured to participate in this exhibition, so our photos will be part of it!

This is the text about the exhibit on Agioritiki estia:
“Many friends of the Holy Mountain, from all over the world, visit Mount Athos, take pictures, write their impressions, converse with the monks, speak highly about the unique world of the Monastic State.
Many of them have personal blogs to which they add photographs and texts which display impressions, choices and queries.
In the exhibit “Mount Athos travels to the world of the Internet through the lens of Bloggers” photographs and texts are being presented, selected from the work and impressions of visitors-bloggers from all over the world, giving the variety and richness of their impressions”.
